The Project “Sofia Office Renovation” involved transforming a 1,500 m² leased space into a modern, efficient corporate office from lease signing to handover. Following successful lease negotiations, the project team developed a comprehensive fit-out plan aligned with corporate design, sustainability, and operational standards.
During design development, architects and engineers collaborated to create an open, flexible workspace emphasizing functionality, employee comfort, and environmental performance. Procurement was managed through transparent tenders, ensuring quality and cost efficiency. A detailed project execution plan governed timelines, budgets, and risk management.
Construction was executed under strict safety and quality controls, covering full interior demolition, system upgrades, and installation of new finishes, furniture, and technologies. Weekly coordination meetings and digital tracking tools ensured transparency and smooth communication between all stakeholders.
Upon completion, the space underwent final inspections, commissioning, and documentation handover. The project was delivered on time, within budget, and met all quality and performance benchmarks.
